Meet the Ambassador crew

  • Alice

    Alice is a Doctor and keen runner, and paces for run clubs within London.

  • Amanda

    After finishing her PhD in medical genetics, Amanda now works as a clinical scientist in genomics for the NHS. Outside of the hospital, she also teaches spin classes part time, inspiring others to push their limits and embrace a healthy lifestyle.

  • Emma

    Emma is a physiotherapy student at KCL and a competitive runner who enjoys being active to stay productive and stay mentally and physically healthy. 

  • Louisa

    Lou is an intensive care physiotherapist at UCLH. She is a keen runner and aspiring triathlete, training for a half ironman this year, as well as being passionate about making the NHS a better place for people to work in.

  • Olivia

    Olivia (aka Tish), is a medical student at St George's University of London. She is a keen hockey player with a love of the outdoors and throws herself into all forms of exercise and sport to get the endorphins going. 

  • Ramona

    Ramona is a doctor and outdoor enthusiast who shares her passion for travel, landscapes and adventure through photography

  • Shiv

    Shiv is a doctor specialising in child and adolescent psychiatry and is currently preparing for the Paris Marathon!

  • Sofia

    Sofia has always been into sports and medicine and is now in her final year of University, studying Sports and Sports Science. She hopes to one day become a rehabilitation coach for major athletes and sporting events. 

  • Soph

    Soph is a physiotherapist and runner, she is currently training for the London Marathon!

  • Lucy

    Lucy is a palliative care nurse specialist in a London hospital. She is really enthusiastic about promoting self care in the form of exercise in herself and others.
